Requirements

Candidates must have a college degree in Pharmacy, Administration, Advertising, or Marketing. Previous experience in Oncology/Hematology/Biosimilars is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial profile with customer centricity, innovative thinking, analytical and decision-making skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and shared and servant leadership qualities. They should demonstrate the ability to develop strategic plans to achieve objectives, have a strong understanding of sales strategy and customer behavior, and ideally possess experience in account management. A solid business acumen with expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence is required, along with a broad understanding of Abbott's current portfolio and future pipeline. Availability for travel is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Executive Account will maintain close relationships with Non-Retail Channel Distributors, ensuring adequate stock levels and updating them on information and financial commitments. They will develop and implement sales strategies for Distributors, monitor channel sales performance, and prepare periodic reports. The role involves managing orders and customer expectations for Private Vaccine Channels and Public Channels (secretariats, consortiums, municipalities), ensuring financial commitments are met. Responsibilities also include working with entities that have current price agreements to guarantee minimum consumption, preventing stockouts or penalties, and collaborating with Abbott support areas to ensure optimal customer service by monitoring order invoicing for the entire private channel, including vaccines.
