Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to a team of Executive Assistants
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality support for executives by standardizing workflows, tools, and best practices across the team
  • Monitor workload distribution and reallocate resources as needed to maintain efficiency and responsiveness
  • Act as a liaison between Executive Assistants and senior leadership to align support strategies with business priorities
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth execution of executive-level initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement improvements that enhance productivity
  • Lead or contribute to projects that elevate the strategic impact of the EA function
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and executive interactions
