Requirements

  • Ability to comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in Oral dosage facility and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) with data-integrity compliance
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing and Packing processes in accordance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)/Batch Packing Records (BPR)
  • Capability for continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)
  • Training completion in SOPs via ISOtrain or self-train within stipulated time
  • Familiarity with safety practices and Code of Business Conduct (COBC)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Oral dosage facility and follow GDP with data-integrity compliance
  • Verify Manufacturing and Packing process compliance in accordance with approved BMR/BPR
  • Carry out line clearance and In-process checks at different stages of batch manufacturing and packing
  • Collect and manage control samples, stability samples, validation samples, and other applicable samples, and maintain their records
  • Issue Batch records and review executed batch documents
  • Issue controlled copies of Logbooks and formats
  • Ensure compliance of IPQA related SOPs and records
  • Perform calibration of IPQA instruments and maintain related records
  • Assist in investigation activities
  • Complete SOP training in ISOtrain or self-train within stipulated time
  • Follow all practices related to safety and COBC
  • In absence, designate an Executive-IPQA as authorized designee responsible for day-to-day working
