Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in a social media or advertising agency
  • Proven success leading pitches and pitch teams, including shaping ideas, building compelling narratives, and delivering polished, winning presentations
  • Experience overseeing producers and managing client budgets of $250K–$1M+
  • Strong background in managing social media campaigns for fashion and retail clients
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and analysis
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor Senior Producers across always-on social retainers, social campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief, maintaining consistency, profitability, and excellence across all deliverables
  • Lead the end-to-end process of new business pitches, from brief intake to final presentation
  • Assemble and guide cross-functional pitch teams (strategy, creative, production, media), ensuring alignment, clarity, and creative excellence
  • Develop timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans to support pitch success and post-award delivery
  • Partner closely with the Director of Client Services and Director of Production to scope new opportunities and build strong business cases
  • Support senior client relationships, providing strategic production oversight and ensuring the delivery of bold, effective, and on-brand work
  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Media to bring integrated campaigns to life across all social platforms
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve team efficiency, and strengthen collaboration between departments
