Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least PMR/SPM
  • Have experience with a fulfilment warehouse
  • Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
  • Preferably specialising in the Fulfilment process
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Required language(s): English, Malay

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and oversee warehouse outbound team
  • Plan inventory replenishment and assign orders for pickers
  • Monitor quality check and packing process
  • Planning the daily activities to achieve the target in terms of productivity and SLA
  • Ensure processed orders are dispatched in a timely manner and according to schedule
  • Coordinates transfer of inventory between departments
  • Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems
  • Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e. hand pallet truck, will be advantageous
  • Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Follow safe warehouse practices
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
