Responsibilities

  • Researching and drafting internal and external communications, consulting with subject matter experts on narratives and thought leadership (e.g., Automation use cases, supply chain sustainability, cybersecurity)
  • Recommending and developing/modifying external communications to extend reach of internal initiatives (e.g., thought leadership, social posts, interviews)
  • Updating and developing new messaging, narratives, and content for communications campaigns (e.g., talking points, scripts, team member communications)
  • Ensuring Operations communications align with HPE’s company narrative, brand identity, and messaging framework
  • Developing sustained executive and team member communications strategies in support of key Operations responsibilities (e.g., Quote-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Services Delivery)
  • Aligning communication strategies across campaigns in a consistent, integrated way, identifying opportunities to incorporate key messaging
  • Consulting on communication strategies for team member engagement (global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local scope)
  • Providing executive and team member communication support for HPE Operations SVP and Leadership team engagements with team members, partners, suppliers, customers, industry analysts, and external media
  • Designing and executing internal and external communication plans for programs in collaboration with Global Communications team colleagues in the U.S. and internationally
  • Message, implement, and measure sustained executive, field, channel, or employee communications strategies to advance corporate image, drive employee alignment/engagement, enable selling success, or promote executive visibility
  • Developing internal and external leadership platforms and content, managing speaker placements and prep
