9+ years of experience in an executive support role or similar support function
Experience supporting VP-level senior technology leaders
Worked directly with technical teams (Engineering, Product, and/or Design) in a high-growth startup or similar environment
Supported multiple leaders with complex and highly cross-functional teams
Managed and optimized extremely busy calendars
Extreme attention to detail as an exercised functional skill (e.g., mastery of project-based tools; tracking near-/long-term deliverables)
Exceptional communication skills, tailoring messages to specific audiences (e.g., writing an email to a customer vs. an exec)
Professionalism and discretion, balancing transparency and confidentiality
Independent task-level operator
One-team mindset with partnership and collaboration as a cornerstone
Extremely fluent in Slack, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc., and other modern productivity software; excited to learn and use new tools

Capable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment
Based in San Francisco, CA (hybrid model of 3 days in office per week)

Responsibilities

Build strong connections within the immediate team and across other departments, becoming a trusted partner to leaders, including understanding team dynamics, priorities, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless coordination on high-stakes projects
Excel in sharing information clearly and efficiently, adapting communication styles for a broad range of audiences
Balance the calendars and priorities of multiple leaders, demonstrating prioritization skills and agility in adapting to shifts in priorities, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Operate with discretion and independence, proactively optimizing processes and flagging risks, while ensuring sensitive information is handled with care
