Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive and leadership team, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation of meetings and presentations, including gathering necessary information and coordinating logistics
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
  • Helping LT liaise with key project workstreams, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items when projects are live
  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external events, such as team off-sites, conferences, and client visits
  • Processing expense reports and managing budgets related to travel, events, and office expenses
