Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Acting as a liaison between the executive and leadership team, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
Assisting in the preparation of meetings and presentations, including gathering necessary information and coordinating logistics
Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
Helping LT liaise with key project workstreams, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items when projects are live
Organizing and coordinating internal and external events, such as team off-sites, conferences, and client visits
Processing expense reports and managing budgets related to travel, events, and office expenses
