Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CXO leaders in a global, fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to executives leading large, cross-functional organizations (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Digital Implementation, Support, CX)
  • Demonstrated experience managing global teams and priorities, including thoughtful time management across time zones
  • Expertise in calendar prioritization (beyond basic management), anticipating needs, and distinguishing true urgencies
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal partners (e.g., revenue operations, finance, HR) and understand key customers
  • Skill in setting clear expectations for meetings (e.g., purpose: decide, align, explore) and determining when live discussion vs. asynchronous channels are appropriate
  • Experience serving as a liaison between executives, leadership teams (e.g., Integrated Customer Group - ICG), and cross-functional partners
  • Capacity to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Ability to balance internal/external priorities, ensure preparation/follow-up for engagements, and maintain executive visibility/engagement with teams
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, with in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CCMO, anticipating needs and driving execution on critical priorities
  • Enable the CCMO and Integrated Customer Group (ICG) leadership team to operate at maximum effectiveness
  • Build deep understanding of Freshworks’ goals, vision, and business rhythm to keep the CCMO focused on high-impact activities
  • Manage the CCMO’s calendar expertly, prioritizing global travel, communications, customer engagements, and internal team presence
  • Facilitate meaningful internal engagement and visibility for the CCMO with global teams while balancing external demands
  • Serve as a liaison between the CCMO, global ICG leadership team, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Revenue Operations)
  • Clarify meeting purposes with stakeholders and optimize for efficiency (live vs. email/asynchronous)
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Ensure right level of preparation and follow-up for engagements, distinguishing urgencies
