Responsibilities

Own the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and events
Be the first point of contact for internal teams, investors, and external partners
Help prepare presentations, reports, and key documents
Coordinate meetings, board materials, and follow-ups to keep projects on track
Track key initiatives, deadlines, and action items
Handle sensitive information with total discretion and professionalism
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and jump in with solutions before being asked
Take on responsibilities beyond core role as needed in a startup environment
