Requirements

Extensive experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a large, multi-national environment
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Proven discretion, and demonstrated ability to assume autonomy and use independent judgement
High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
Detailed knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, proficient in multitasking and extremely detail oriented
Ability to provide support with a highly specialized knowledge of administration, clerical, and managerial functions while maintaining confidentiality
Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
Working Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, Fieldglass, and Confluence

Responsibilities

Enables senior executives to focus on strategic priorities, client relationships, and business growth by managing administrative and logistical responsibilities
Streamlines daily workflows, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management, ensuring time and cost optimization
Supports preparation of presentations, reports, and business reviews for leadership, Board, and regulatory meetings
Coordinates communication between leadership, underwriting, operations, and support functions, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up on strategic initiatives
Manages sensitive information related to clients, financial results, and organizational strategy with discretion
Ensures compliance with corporate policies, data protection, and internal controls
Acts as the primary liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and regional teams
Facilitates effective communication and meeting cadence across departments and time zones
