Responsibilities

  • Manage an intricate, global calendar; ensure the CIO’s time aligns with strategic priorities
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-ups with accuracy and urgency
  • Oversee complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and trip briefings
  • Serve as the primary contact for the CIO’s office, ensuring clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Partner with Communications to prepare briefing documents, talking points, and business trip packets
  • Triage and respond to inquiries; route routine matters to appropriate owners
  • Manage expense reports, POs, and administrative workflows using M365, Co-Pilot, OneDrive, and WD internal tools
  • Maintain organized documentation, collaboration sites, and executive workflows
  • Support onboarding and coordination across the ITLT administrative team
  • Act as the lead EA for the ITLT, cascading information and promoting partnership across the admin community
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and with key external stakeholders
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on special projects and operational priorities
  • Foster and participate in communities that support professional development and shared success
