Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for the Chief Partnerships Officer and Partnerships leadership team, including scheduling, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing requests across time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, itineraries, lodging, and meeting logistics
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports into Concur and in accordance with company policy
- Provide support for meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and action item follow-up
- Coordinate meetings and department functions including preparing calendar invites and Zoom calls, preparing and distributing agendas and other materials, reserving and preparing facilities, coordinating food/beverage service, and coordinating any necessary technical support
- Coordinate with Legal on vetting any necessary department-related contracts
- Act as a liaison between the Chief Partnerships Officer and others (incomplete in description)
- High-level administrative support such as calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Project-based work, including developing presentations, managing internal/external communications, and assisting with strategic initiatives
