Candidates must have proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology company. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, is required. Candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain a high degree of professionalism. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information are necessary, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of the defense industry and government processes is a plus.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate and manage the founders' schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. They will serve as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, maintain and organize important documents, and prepare meeting agendas while taking meeting minutes. The role includes handling all travel logistics, tracking and managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and assist with various ad hoc tasks as requested by the founders.
