Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and optimize a dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments, while resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Serve as primary point of contact, screening/prioritizing communications, and drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reading materials, and presentations for meetings; attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and information with strict privacy adherence
  • Strategically manage access to the Executive Chairman, filtering requests and prioritizing matters
  • Manage key projects: define scope/objectives/deliverables, develop plans, manage timelines/resources/progress
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners for projects
  • Provide project status updates, identify risks, propose solutions, and assist with data gathering and analysis
