Responsibilities

Proactively manage and optimize a dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments, while resolving conflicts
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
Serve as primary point of contact, screening/prioritizing communications, and drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports
Prepare agendas, pre-reading materials, and presentations for meetings; attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up
Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies
Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and information with strict privacy adherence
Strategically manage access to the Executive Chairman, filtering requests and prioritizing matters
Manage key projects: define scope/objectives/deliverables, develop plans, manage timelines/resources/progress
Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners for projects
Provide project status updates, identify risks, propose solutions, and assist with data gathering and analysis
