Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including frequent coordination with executive leadership
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
  • Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and strategic meetings
  • Oversee team rituals and regular updates
  • Act as the main point of contact between leadership and team members
  • Handle administrative tasks including procurement, finance coordination, and vendor management
  • Create and manage budgets for team activities and events
  • Navigate multiple timezones to coordinate global meetings and communications
  • Support board preparation and coordination activities
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or operational challenges
