Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Health & Wellness Pharmacy Operations and the Vice President of Health & Wellness End 2 End
  • Facilitate communications
  • Manage schedules
  • Organize critical information
  • Plan, manage, and execute large scale events and meetings
  • Establish and foster effective relationships with all levels of internal and external partners
  • Manage meetings, including editing/creating slide decks and broad communications, running conference line or webinar/video conference
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train and car service, etc.)
  • Balance multiple tasks in support of numerous team members
  • Solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Prepare/submit expense reports as needed through Concur system
  • Coordinate and capture agenda for key meetings including: Weekly Staff meeting, other ad hoc team meetings, Mentor meetings, etc
  • Team building: help with direct report team building events/activities
  • Culture building: help with broader organization culture building (e.g., holiday fun, Birthday recognition, etc.)
