Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VP, anticipating needs and proactively managing time, priorities, and communications
- Act as a strategic filter for all incoming requests—seeking clarity, understanding intent, and assessing the value to determine if action is necessary or if delegation is more appropriate
- Stakeholder coordination: serve as the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support schedules and regional priorities
- Complex calendar management: schedule meetings and diaries across multiple time zones, understanding key priorities to strategically organize meetings and commitments
- Act as a liaison for direct reports
- Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities and initiatives (including but not limited to Monday Priorities Call, EMEA Town Hall, Stabilise & Ignite Initiative)
- Schedule quarterly business reviews including sourcing venues, agendas, catering, collating presentations and facilitation throughout the day
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Miscellaneous admin support: additional administrative support as needed
