Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Sales and Support, SVP of Marketing and Product Management, and SVP of Business Development, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, preparing presentations, and capturing follow-up items
  • Organize the recurring Commercial Call, partnering with leadership to finalize agendas, prepare and distribute materials, launch meetings, monitor timing, and track action items and follow-ups
  • Lead planning and execution for senior leadership events, meetings, and conferences (e.g., annual Global Sales Meeting, Global Distributor Meeting, and Visitor Program), handling all logistics seamlessly
  • Coordinate relationship management activities, creating and maintaining comprehensive contact lists for Commercial leaders and tracking meeting cadences (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to design and maintain efficient systems and tools for relationship mapping and visibility across teams
  • Administer customer surveys in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial leadership, ensuring actionable insights are collected and shared
  • Serve as a connector across Sales/Support, Marketing, and Business Development, facilitating communication, information sharing, and collaboration
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and outcomes across multiple initiatives, ensuring key deliverables are met with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compile expense receipts and complete expense reports accurately and on time
  • Support special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
  • Research and analyze industry-relevant topics and stay current on market trends
  • Proactively organize and expedite workflow to ensure schedules and commitments are met
