Responsibilities

  • Serve as intermediary between executive/management, customers, and associates
  • Support leader on west coast and team across various time zones
  • Write and route confidential correspondence
  • Manage multiple calendars
  • Screen, handle, or distribute incoming phone calls and complaints
  • Maintain confidential correspondence and general files
  • Order supplies
  • Prepare and track budgets
  • Coordinate travel plans
  • Submit expense reports
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes
  • Compile information for reports, documents, and proposals
  • Collate and assemble materials; make arrangements for meetings/presentations
  • Organize chart updates
  • Prepare forms and review documentation for conformance with internal policies/procedures
  • Utilize software to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documents
  • Research, verify, and prepare reports
  • Create and maintain databases
