Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a dynamic or high-growth organization
Proven ability to manage multiple executives, shifting priorities, and fast-changing schedules with professionalism
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calm and resourceful when information is incomplete or priorities change
Collaborative, team-oriented, and confident working closely with other administrative professionals
Experience coordinating international travel and event logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar, meeting, and communication management
Coordinate travel logistics and detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips
Prepare expense reports and ensure timely processing
Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, and external partners
Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings and commitments
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and board materials
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, site visits, and events
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Collaborate closely with other administrative team members to ensure alignment, consistency, and coverage
Manage projects and special assignments as needed to support executive initiatives
