Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of direct experience supporting events in a corporate, government, or nonprofit setting
Based in Bethesda, Maryland area; able to work in-office
Available to work across various time zones and/or non-traditional working hours on occasion, as needed
Able to travel up to 25% during busy season for corporate events
Must be able to work out of Aledade’s downtown Bethesda office throughout the week and as needed
Able to walk, stand for hours at a time, and occasionally lift/carry at least 25 pounds
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time with extensive use of computers and keyboard

Responsibilities

Partners on the planning of various Aledade events throughout the year including Bethesda HQ-based events, Market Summits, All Staff Retreats, networking and milestone events, team retreats and trainings, user events for our customers, and more
Develops and executes against project plans and provides updates to the planning team, business units, and stakeholders
Advises Aledade team members on standard protocol and recommended action steps when creating events, as needed
Owns a range of logistical duties to ensure events run smoothly, such as setting up registration processes, designing name badges, selecting and ordering swag items, setting up and breaking down pre and post event, and much more
Additional project-based work as assigned that will allow for exposure to different parts of the company and contribute toward Aledade's mission
Manage the full event lifecycle for both internal team experiences and customer-facing engagements nationwide, seamlessly coordinating with diverse internal stakeholders and external vendors while juggling multiple priorities
