- Passionate about education and enjoys working with children, with a willingness to grow in the education field
- Open to all majors; candidates majoring in Education, Math, Science, or Engineering are preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s students or graduates are welcome
- Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and good customer service awareness; able to communicate effectively with parents
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Must be available at least 10–15 hours per week
- Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- After training, conduct math diagnostic tests for students of different grade levels, explain results to parents, and recommend appropriate courses
- Follow the campus SOP to grade, record, and archive test results
- Support student enrollment by answering parent questions about class schedules and curriculum
- Participate in teacher training sessions and classroom observations; provide make-up tutoring for certain grades to build experience for future teaching roles
- Assist with and participate in other campus events as needed
