Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 7+ years of experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree), including previous Medtronic experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, Agentforce), and configuration skills; experience applying Apex, Visual Force, and other customization options
  • Demonstrated ability to define system architecture landscapes, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions to achieve business outcomes; proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of data management and analytics; ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across disparate systems
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities; able to prioritize, multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader on the Global Salesforce Commercial Platforms IT team, providing architectural guidance and expert technical assistance to admins and developers, and maintaining a deep understanding of Salesforce products to advise partners and internal teams
  • Implement new experience solutions independently or as part of a delivery team, set them up for success and scalability, and support enhancements or expansions of current Salesforce implementations in collaboration with Commercial Business and IT partners
  • Provide level of effort estimates, articulate solution benefits and risks, and conduct enablement sessions for Commercial Enablement teams; support user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues and risks, partnering with stakeholders for mitigation and resolution
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members, and participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature team capabilities
  • Support projects through all solution design phases, maintain the overall Solution Architecture framework, and work with partners on new Salesforce product evaluations and recommendations
