Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and have at least 8 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on business consulting, and 5+ years in a leadership role within the life sciences industry. Experience with Veeva Data Cloud and related analytics platforms is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
As the EU Analytics Leader - Analytics Business Consulting, you will manage business development cycles for new projects and add-on engagements, driving an annual revenue amount of $5M+; establish and own long-term trusted relationships with Director and VP-level client personnel; partner across Business Consulting functions and with Veeva Data leaders to drive analytics solutions; shape analytics strategies for customers; oversee the quality and manage EU-based delivery teams for analytics programs; and lead the growth and profitability of the EU analytics practice, while also hiring and developing junior resources and growing the analytics consulting team.
