Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred. Applicants should have at least 8 years of experience in data analytics, business consulting, or a similar role, with a strong focus on the life sciences industry. Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams, is essential. Experience with Veeva Data Cloud and related technologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
The EU Analytics Leader - Analytics Business Consulting will manage business development cycles for new projects and add-on engagements, driving an annual revenue amount of $5M+. They will establish and own long-term trusted relationships with Director and VP-level client personnel, partner across Business Consulting functions and with Veeva Data leaders to drive analytics solutions, shape analytics strategies, and oversee the quality and manage EU-based delivery teams for analytics programs. Additionally, the role involves hiring and developing junior resources, providing hands-on guidance to teams, and taking P&L responsibility for the EU analytics practice, ensuring the business is growing and profitable.
