Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 9-15 years of work experience
Working experience in ADAS, Infotainment or Gateway
Go-getter attitude, good communication skills, ability to challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with company mission
Learning enthusiast, passionate about learning, following trends and publications in the market for new solutions
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Architecture and workflows
Exposure to Requirements Management tools, Design tools (like EA), and Configuration management tools (like GIT)
Experience in Agile/Scrum SW development process
Experience with 32-bit microcontrollers
Good exposure to Automotive SPICE Process
Negotiation and influencing skills

Responsibilities

Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Work closely with Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Provide support in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint Goals
Triaging of issues reported from Internal/External stakeholders
Interfacing with Customer
