Responsibilities

Auxiliar com a organização da agenda, disponibilizando datas e horários para agendamento de reuniões e viagens
Atender, receber, controlar e executar ligações nacionais
Apoiar com a distribuição de correspondências em geral, follow up para cumprimento de prazos, circulação de artigos e/ou documentos inerentes ao departamento
Organizar e-mails recebidos e enviados via Outlook, selecionando-os de acordo com prioridade
Operar máquinas de impressão e cópias, projetores, bem como preparar memorandos, agenda de reuniões, relatórios, minutas, etc
Participar da preparação de apresentações para reuniões em geral
Organizar e manter arquivos
Organizar viagens nacionais e internacionais, provendo todo material necessário, moeda, agenda de viagem e posteriormente preparar relatórios de despesas
