Responsibilities

Apoio ao processo de billing e customer services
Apoio ao processo de governanças dos contratos de vendas
Apoio a organização dos documentos que suportam os processos de licitações públicas
Apoio com a criação de ordens e processo de pagamento aos fornecedores da área
Apoio e participação nos projetos de melhorias de processos dentro de Operações
Integração com várias áreas dentro do negócio tais como Finanças, Marketing, Vendas, Qualidade, Regulatório e Supply Chain
Apoio na criação de dashboards para apoio da governanças de dados para a area de Operações
Cumprir as normas e obrigações vigentes na empresa, como EHS-Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança, Garantia da Qualidade, Compliance, requisitos Legais para cumprimento das normas da ANVISA, RH, cumprir todos os treinamentos legais obrigatórios, etc
Estar em conformidade com o Manual de Qualidade GEHC, Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade, Política de Gestão de Qualidade, Metas de Qualidade e leis e regulamentos aplicáveis conforme se aplicam a este tipo de trabalho/cargo
