Responsibilities

  • Formular e revisar os planos corporativos de curto e longo prazo, metas e objetivos para a linha de produtos de suturas e acessos e instrumentos
  • Constantemente se atualizar sobre o posicionamento da concorrência, realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar comportamento do consumidor e os stakeholders alvo
  • Realizar a gestão do ciclo de vida dos produtos, criando estratégias que garantam a sustentabilidade, rentabilidade e ganho de share do portfólio
  • Desenvolver estratégias e táticas de marketing para garantir o posicionamento eficaz do produto em relação às oportunidades de mercado
  • Ter habilidades de trabalho, parceria e liderança com outras áreas como comercial, acesso ao mercado, finanças e funções para garantir tanto o desenvolvimento e implementação do planejamento estratégico e tático da Unidade de Negócio
  • Fornecer publicidade com o núcleo de valor da marca
  • Atuar como consultor técnico, demonstrando produtos e solucionando problemas relacionados aos produtos
