Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting and one of the relevant professional qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA or equivalent (could be still in progress)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within an international corporate company in internal controls, external or internal audit and/or risk management
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, user of analytical tools / technology
  • Experience of monitoring control processes and / or data validation, preferably with non-financial and ESG reporting
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on overall objectives while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Preferred
  • Recognized ESG qualifications
  • International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting and regulatory requirements (incl. CSRD, ISSB, SEC Climate)
  • Experience of designing internal control framework
  • Experience of key systems: EHS One, Workday, SAP, disclosure platforms and Microsoft Azure products
  • Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the ESG Operation Lead with the execution of the Annual Controls Testing Plans which includes communicating significant issues and areas of exposure to data owners
  • Conducting a drivers for change analysis over key ESG Metrics
  • Support the ESG Operation Lead with the coordination of internal audit and external assurance of ESG metrics and underlying data and evidence
  • Performing data accuracy and completeness check (such as data reconciliation)
  • Providing recommendations related to data quality and evidence expectations
  • Support ESG Global Risk & Control Owner and ESG Operations Lead in enhancing the control framework, including assistance with risk assessment activities
