Responsibilities

  • Interface with escrow branches/customers as an escalation point of contact to resolve service calls/queries/problems
  • Assist escrow branches/customers in processing interest bearing accounts, wires, stop payments, cashier’s checks, and general inquiries
  • Perform quality control review of customer requests to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions for process improvement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Communicate and train escrow banking processes as needed
  • Safeguard consumer funds by transacting in accordance with the Company’s fiduciary responsibility
