Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent degree, and a minimum of 4-5 years of technical experience. They must have 4+ years of support and implementation experience for SAP ABAP, along with experience in SAP Sales and Distribution Module. Familiarity with the ITIL process and experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow is also required.

Responsibilities

The ERP Package Applications Senior Analyst will investigate and document system discrepancies, ensuring appropriate fixes and adjustments are made to prevent business impact. This includes debugging customized solutions, developing code for bug fixes, maintaining and testing changes, and implementing solutions through fulfillment requests to meet end-user requirements. They will also manage relationships with Business Experts and Key User Networks, create and review technical documentation, and handle escalations, proposing and implementing solutions to prevent future issues. Additionally, the role involves documenting fixes with proper artifacts and proactively identifying and mitigating recruitment fraud risks.
