Equity Research Associate, Mortgage and Specialty Finance at BTIG

The estimated base salary range is $90,000 - $150,000 per year, with eligibility for additional compensation such as discretionary bonuses.

The role is based in the New York office.

Candidates need 1-4 years of experience in investment banking or equity research preferred, ability to create and maintain financial models and forecasts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

The role involves thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of the Equity Research team.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who are highly motivated, hard-working, with a demonstrated interest in the Mortgage and Specialty Finance sector, critical and creative thinking, and Series SIE, 63, 86 & 87 licensing preferred.
