Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects and work with external equipment design firms to develop new equipment
Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Process Development teams to transfer manufacturing processes into production
Work on problems of diverse scope, identifying and resolving technical issues during design and testing phases
Devise solutions for issues, present proposed approaches, and select courses of action using best practices
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety of equipment and automation systems through innovation and iterative improvement
Collaborate closely with R&D engineers, manufacturing engineers, electrical engineers, and software engineers to integrate components and ensure compatibility
Provide training and technical support to manufacturing personnel or end-users for proper operation and maintenance of equipment
Manage projects, including setting timelines, tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery, and communicating with supervisors and customers
