Responsibilities

Design and develop new manufacturing equipment and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in production processes
Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring it meets design specifications and operational requirements
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
Continuously optimize equipment performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with manufacturing equipment, utilizing root cause analysis and corrective actions
Manage equipment-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Ensure all equipment and processes comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Maintain detailed records of equipment specifications, maintenance activities, and performance metrics
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in manufacturing operations
Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and processes
