Candidates need a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus in Water Resources, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic modeling software, and excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Design knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D is also required, with successful completion of the FE/EIT Exam preferred.
