18 years of age or older
Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
Able to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
Willing to work rotating shifts-24/7, including weekends and overtime as needed
Skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining, and cleaning automated equipment
Ability to maintain accurate records and data
Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to operate essential material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
Physical ability to use basic hand and power tools
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds (or 45 pounds to at least 5 feet 6 inches, 10-20 times per 12-hour shift) by bending and stooping
Physical ability to climb, stand, and move on stairs, ladders, and platforms; twist, turn, and bend
Physical ability to enter confined spaces
Physical ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods (stand and walk for 12 hours with only ~10 minutes sedentary per hour)
Fine dexterity to cut and use hand tools
Horizontal reaching ability of 3 feet from a standing position
Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb steps, twist, and turn
Physical ability to step on and off 1- or 2-step platforms without handrails
