  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Able to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
  • Willing to work rotating shifts-24/7, including weekends and overtime as needed
  • Skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining, and cleaning automated equipment
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate essential material handling equipment (e.g., clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
  • Physical ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds (or 45 pounds to at least 5 feet 6 inches, 10-20 times per 12-hour shift) by bending and stooping
  • Physical ability to climb, stand, and move on stairs, ladders, and platforms; twist, turn, and bend
  • Physical ability to enter confined spaces
  • Physical ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods (stand and walk for 12 hours with only ~10 minutes sedentary per hour)
  • Fine dexterity to cut and use hand tools
  • Horizontal reaching ability of 3 feet from a standing position
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb steps, twist, and turn
  • Physical ability to step on and off 1- or 2-step platforms without handrails
