Requirements

Candidates must be permanent residents of Canada, possess a Bachelor’s or Certificate’s degree, and be in the advance stage of obtaining a Commercial Real Estate Broker license from the OACIQ or licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Sales experience is appreciated but not necessary, and coachability is required.

Responsibilities

The Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Broker will participate in a nationally recognized training program covering real estate sales, engage in mentorship and continuous development coaching, and actively contribute to a culture of collaboration through the use of MNet to view and pursue listings, ultimately working on an active pipeline of deals and developing their own book of business under the guidance of Senior Brokers.
