Responsibilities

Leads a portfolio of moderate to large, complex client projects, planning and delivering at all stages in coordination with the global PM team
Guides clients through the project process end-to-end, outlining and maintaining project timelines and deliverables
Develops and maintains client relationships throughout the project, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction
Coordinates internal and external business activities to achieve project goals, including working with cross-functional project teams
Measures project performance and progress using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying areas of concern and performing corrective actions
Demonstrates advanced technical capabilities, implementing standard methodologies and strong expertise in site processes and industry requirements
Supports the strategic development of the project management function, including potential for new or expanded business initiatives
Manages scope changes and project budgeting, ensuring that all changes are tracked and communicated to all collaborators
Provides training and support to cross-functional teams, including project team members
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables
