Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will engage with executives to identify pain points and opportunities, translate them into solutions from ServiceNow, and work with a wide variety of retail organizations, colleagues, and partners to help them understand the power of the Now platform. They will lead architecture and design engagements, understand the business strategy of the customer, and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value. The role involves creating and communicating high-level architectures, strategies, and a vision to audiences up to and including the CIO/CTO, leading workshops, delivering best practice overviews, and collaborating with internal ServiceNow business units. They will also identify, lead, and contribute to the creation of best practices and thought leadership within the organization.
