Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a role that includes delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings
  • 1+ years' experience applying AI concepts, including machine learning and natural language processing
  • 1+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards
  • P3 Enterprise Architect AI
  • 2+ years of experience applying AI solutions to solve business and other problems
  • 3+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field
  • Specialization in Artificial Intelligence and proven success with leading technical discussions with C-level executives (IT leaders and business stakeholders) to communicate AI vision and strategy including Responsible AI
  • Understanding of ML Ops / CloudOps with working knowledge of common cloud architectures, security, standards, and/or integration standards
  • Knowledge of Workday application and technical architecture is beneficial
  • Strong value selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, successfully communicate value propositions, and build positive relationships to drive customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Translating technical concepts: Communicate how Workday's AI solution delivers tangible business results
  • Crafting compelling narratives: Develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday AI
  • Solution Architecture: Design and present comprehensive solutions for demonstration that incorporate AI (Agents, Generative, LLM, etc.), integration methodologies, reporting and analytics
  • Leading Voice: Stay informed about AI and technology advancements, and contribute as a subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Workday AI solutions deliver value
