Requirements

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment, ideally as a top 10% performer. Fluency in both written and spoken English and German is required, along with excellent communication skills for all channels and the ability to form strong working relationships. Familiarity with open-source technology and experience using Salesforce are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business within the DACH region by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers. This role involves managing forecasts, tracking customer data, and understanding customer needs to articulate product value. Key duties include managing all aspects of the sales process, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, becoming an expert in Salesforce pipeline management, and handling quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
