Responsibilities
- Drive expansion into Europe as the first international sales hire.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business across Western Europe.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align the product with the unique demands of new markets.
- Shape the direction of the international sales strategy from the ground up.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on Western European markets. Experience expanding into new geographies is strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English required; workplace proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is beneficial.
- Location: Based in a Western Europe Time Zone (WET or CET).
- Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills.
- Work Style: Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work.
- Soft Skills: High empathy – caring about teammates and users, and the ability to put yourself in their shoes.
