Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise consultative selling. A proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and experience selling to CXOs at Fortune 500 companies is required. Candidates must have experience leading and closing complex deals of 6+ months in duration, worth $1M or more, and prior experience selling to CHROs and Heads of L&D/Talent/Transformation is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Director will drive account strategy and growth by developing strategies in collaboration with customer executives and BetterUp leadership. They will own expansion and renewal targets for named accounts, develop new relationships through prospecting and networking, and lead commercial conversations to ensure successful contracting. The role involves generating and nurturing enduring customer relationships, consulting on Talent and HR strategy, and serving as the primary point of contact for member engagement. Additionally, the director will engage in expert-level internal collaboration, working with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal communication and alignment on account strategy and opportunities.
