This is an onsite role in the Irving TX facility with a night schedule of Monday-Thursday 6PM-4:30AM after an onboarding period on day shift.
Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, minimum 3 years of technical repair and customer service experience, soldering skills including surface mount rework, ability to work independently and solve complex problems, and strong communication skills.
The role involves regularly seated workstation work with frequent hand use for repair and assembly, occasional bending and lifting up to 25 pounds, and requires visual acuity, manual dexterity, clear speaking, and hearing; reasonable accommodations are made for disabilities.
Strong candidates have the required Associate’s degree or certification, 3+ years in technical repair, soldering expertise, problem-solving ability, and communication skills; helpful experiences include OEM wireless repair certification, process development, AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge, and technical documentation writing.
