Responsibilities

Coordinate with development teams to ensure the availability of required test resources, tools, and equipment, facilitating efficient and effective testing processes
Implement defect tracking and management systems, overseeing the recording, tracking, and resolution of software defects throughout the testing lifecycle
Utilize defect tracking tools and platforms to prioritize and assign defects, monitor defect resolution progress, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and expertise in automotive communication protocols to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between ECUs
Define communication protocol testing strategies, develop test scenarios, and execute validation tests to validate protocol compliance, interoperability, and performance
Establish quality control processes and measures to assess and ensure the quality and reliability of software and systems, adhering to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
Conduct quality audits, reviews, and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
Manage human and technical resources within the testing and validation team to build and maintain a high-performing team
Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables, balancing workload, skills, and capabilities
