Responsibilities

As an Engineering Operations Program Manager, you will manage and prioritize integration requests from internal teams and external partners, coordinate with the internal integrations team and external SaaS companies to ensure timely delivery of integration builds, oversee engineering operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks impacting integration projects, and develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and procedures.
