This role seeks a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering Delivery & Platform Enablement to lead the execution engine behind our software and service delivery, while owning the foundation that powers internal engineering excellence. This leader will drive outcomes across project delivery, DevOps, platform maturity, core services, AI adoption, and team capability development.

The ideal candidate will bring structure, innovation, and accountability to how we deliver value to our clients and how we scale our technical capabilities internally. This role also provides focused leadership, ensuring platform services, automation, and internal tools have the space and support to grow. A key part of this evolution includes the integration of AI into software development workflows, platform services, and tooling — enabling more intelligent, adaptive, and efficient engineering processes. This role will also empower software delivery teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into their own solutions, products, and implementations.

• Platform Enablement, AI Integration & Automation:
  • Lead strategy and execution for automation across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, testing, observability, and developer productivity tooling.
  • Build and scale internal developer platforms and shared services to accelerate delivery velocity and reduce operational friction.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to embed AI and machine learning into internal tooling, code review, testing, observability, deployment pipelines, and incident management processes.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and machine learning capabilities into software delivery teams’ solutions, products, and implementations.
