Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering management roles, plus 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Go and/or React; familiarity with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience managing high-performing teams in a remote-first environment
  • Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle in production-scale environments
  • Demonstrated interest or experience using AI-assisted development tools
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of backend, frontend and mobile engineers focused on secure, scalable platform development

  • Write code and conduct code & architecture reviews regularly, especially in complex or high-priority projects
  • Guide architectural decisions and technical design discussions across the team
  • Mentor and support engineers in their technical and professional development
  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous learning
  • Promote modern workflows, including AI-assisted tooling and automation, to improve developer experience and speed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineering teams
